Ingredients: 18 RITZ Crackers. 1/3 cup almond butter. 1 banana. cut into 18 slices. 1/2 cup blueberries. 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts. 4-1/2 tsp. honey Preparation: Spread Crackers with almond butter. Top with fruit and nuts. Drizzle with honey. |
RITZ Caprese LadybugsPrep time – 30 min. Total time – 30 min. Makes 8 servings. 3 topped crackers each. Ingredients: 24 RITZ Crackers. 6 mini bocconcini soft fresh cheese balls (1 inch). drained. each cut into 4 slices. 24 fresh basil leaves. 12 cherry tomatoes. cut in half. 6 pitted black olives. quartered. 1 green onion (green part only). cut into 48 thin strips. 2 Tbsp. balsamic glaze. 1/4 tsp. black sesame seed. Preparation: Top each cracker with 1 EACH cheese slice and basil leaf. Add 1 tomato half to each topped cracker for the ladybug’s body. 1 olive piece for the head and 2 green onion strips for the antennae. Brush tomatoes with balsamic glaze; sprinkle with sesame seed. |

(227 g) strawberry soft cream cheese. 12 small strawberries. cut in half. 24 small fresh mint sprigs. Preparation: Place crackers in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm. Spoon cream cheese into pastry bag fitted with star tip; use to pipe cream cheese onto crackers. Top with strawberries and mint. |
